Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Torn Paper ships every business day from Republic of Korea to ensure rapid delivery to you, (unless stated on your order confirmation). Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship Monday or the next business day whenever possible.

  • In the event of high business volume, Torn Paper may take up to 7 business days to complete and ship your order. If it will take us longer than 7 business days to ship your order we will notify you of the delay. We cannot be responsible for delayed shipping through the carrier.
  • Torn Paper uses USPS to ship all parcels worldwide and is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged once the parcel has left our warehouse.
    PLEASE NOTE that no tracking is provided for orders shipped outside the US, unless Priority Mail is chosen by the buyer, so customer assumes all risk of delivery once package has left our warehouse.
  • Please be certain that orders are shipped to a secure location where they will not be lost or stolen. Watch your tracking confirmation and contact your local carrier for missing packages immediately upon stated delivery.
  • Torn Paper cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. Our system automatically sends to the address which is confirmed during checkout. We are happy to reship the order if the order is returned to us --- additional shipping charges that are required as a result of an incorrect address will be billed as a separate transaction.
  • If International Priority Mail is not an available shipping option, then Torn Paper cannot ship to your country.

    • USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL- 6-12 weeks
    • USPS PRIORITY MAIL- 6-10 business days
    • UPS STANDARD- 6-10 business days

  • Shipping quotes are real-time USPS or UPS quotes during checkout
  • The best way to see what shipping costs will be is to create an order on our site and start the checkout process.  You will get to a shipping page that gives you options and pricing before you have to actually place the order.  It is the most accurate way to see how much shipping will be for the items you want to order.

When an order ships we do our best to advise you via email that your package has shipped.  Our shipping fees include our packaging fees, which includes, but is not limited to, packaging materials such as bubble wrap, packing paper, and single or double ply boxes. If your product arrives damaged by the carrier, please inform the carrier of damage at the time of delivery.
